Happy New Year, FBA! As we jump into 2024, you might find yourself at a thrilling crossroads of reflection and anticipation. With nostalgia for this past year’s success still in the air, along with the excitement for what’s to come, let’s have a conversation about resolutions – an honest one.

Assuming this is a universal experience: on the last day of the year, as the clock ticked closer to midnight, we all anticipated the moment when we could reset and recalibrate. And right then is when most people set their resolutions… that (if we’re being honest) have the tendency to fall off the agenda. But even so, we should honor those goals and make plans to see them through.

TIP: Set them, speak them out loud, and find the community that holds you accountable to them!

“Advanced Broker Mentoring”

Time: Mondays at 12 PM EST

Host: Join to find out!

When you hear “Advanced” mentoring, we don’t want you to think you must be a seasoned Broker to join. These topics are advanced in the sense that we deep dive into specific challenges and tools that every seasoned Broker will face at some point in their career. We encourage you to attend and learn from the top performers in franchising – they are here to help, too! Did someone say… interconnected community?

Monday sessions are a continuation of what was previously known as SMF, retaining their focus on Advanced Broker mentoring but with a twist of novelty. Expect a variety of invigorating topics such as:

  • Speedround Shark Tank: An exhilarating platform for quick-witted business pitches and instant feedback.
  • How This Deal Was Won: Real-life success stories that dissect winning strategies.
  • Call Reviews – Do’s and Don’ts per Stage: Practical advice on enhancing your communication skills at each stage of the deal.
  • Content That Helps You Make Money: Focused discussions on profitable content strategies.
  • System Tools and Resources: Exploration of the latest tools and resources to streamline your operations.
  • Special Guests and brands with Top Financials: Insights from industry leaders and top-performing brands.

“How to Sell These Brands, Season 2”

Time: Wednesdays at 1 PM EST

The Wednesday sessions, formerly known as Strategy & Pitch/Intermediate Broker mentoring, are now revamped into “How to Sell These Brands, Season 2”. We know how valuable these conversations are to our Brokers, and how the feedback from these sessions can assist our brands as well. This series will provide:

  • In-depth analysis and tactics for selling specific brands.
  • Interactive discussions on brand positioning and market appeal.
  • Techniques to enhance your sales pitch and strategy.
  • Real world experiences selling these brands – with collaboration from Members.
  • A look into our curated content that can aid you in your sales process before and after the sessions.

“Broker FUNdamentals”

Time: Fridays at 2 PM EST

Host: Amanda Vargas

Previously tailored to beginner Brokers, the Friday sessions are transformed into “Broker FUNdamentals,” so expect some FUN! The same preface applies to our Advanced mentoring – this session is not just for newly onboarded Brokers. Everyone needs a refresher course from time to time, so start this New Year with a strong sense of what’s working well in franchising.

These sessions are tailored for those new to franchising and/or looking to reinforce their foundational knowledge. Have conversation regarding:

  • Essential skills and knowledge for Brokers of all experience levels.
  • Stages of the sales process.
  • Interactive workshops and Q&A sessions.
  • Guidance on navigating the early stages of your brokerage.
