If there’s one thing Valenta Managing Director Howard Barouxis is good at, it’s helping companies take a close look at their operations across the organization and finding ways to streamline workflows, leverage old and new technologies, and transform the way they do business to bolster their bottom line. FBA’s very own Andrew Stokely guided Howard through the entire Valenta Franchise deal, and in a welcomed partnership, Howard joined Valenta in 2021. Howard saw an opportunity to do what he does best: help companies improve so they can stay ahead of the curve, thrive in an uncertain economy, and emerge successful and resilient in a post-pandemic future.
Howard Barouxis Ushers Companies Into a New Era with Valenta BPO
As a Managing Director in the Miami area, Howard is tasked with building out a world-class team of Managing Partners in the USA South Region. Howard and his team help businesses adapt to the new challenges of the 21stcentury and the new information economy by providing digital transformation and software for robotic process applications, consulting & integration of a wide range of business software platforms and by providing virtual staffing in a plethora of high in demand but hard to fill roles. Now more than ever, Howard is excited to help Valenta’s clients access transformational resources that were once only available to Fortune 1000 companies, while SMEs had to stick with the sometimes-minimal resources they could afford.
Valenta’s solid global infrastructure enables Howard and his team of Managing Partners to provide clients with affordable off-shore services that help companies outsource tasks and streamline processes, from accounting and finance to human resources and digital marketing. As Howard oversees the growth of Valenta in the Southern United States, he’s excited to offer clients a cache of automation and digital transformation resources to help them reduce their reliance on paper and streamline communications, access to information, and processes.
Business Advice from Valenta’s New Franchisee
Howard brings a great deal of professional leadership experience to Valenta, and his skills in CDNs, video production software, and streaming media, among other highly valued tech expertise, provides clients with a range of options for marketing, training, and other growth-oriented needs.
Always looking for ways to innovate and help others do the same, Howard brings a growth mindset, positive energy, and a forward-thinking ethos to Valenta’s clients and Managing Partners. We recently caught up with him to ask him for some tips and advice for people considering buying a business or those who want to make the most out of the business they have.
Howard advises anyone interested in buying a business to plan in advance and model out what success looks like to you. Howard’s outlook on business is molded by what he says is the best business advice he received from his father, which is to show up every day. One tip Howard offers to get the most out of business is to make sure you put all your effort into the business and work smart. He says the key factors to his current business success are being focused, working smart, having a plan, and making the most important work the first priority.

Note: We use the term “Franchise Broker” because it is the legal term for our profession. Others in the industry use “Franchise Consultants” which they self-define. We choose to use the legal term as we feel it’s more appropriate and clear. Consultants typically charge for services. Franchise Brokers are paid by the Seller, not the Buyer. There is no charge to the Buyer for our Franchise Broker services.
